Recept: Granola yoghurt bowl met FrenzyFruit® Kiwi en Kokos Schilfers

Recipe: Granola Yogurt Bowl with FrenzyFruit® Kiwi and Coconut Flakes

Ingredients:
  • 1 package (20 g) FrenzyFruit® freeze-dried kiwi
  • 240 g Greek yogurt (low-fat or full-fat)
  • 60 g granola
  • Fresh fruit to taste
  • Toasted coconut flakes
Instructions:
  1. Prepare the FrenzyFruit® Kiwi:
        - Grind the FrenzyFruit® freeze-dried kiwi into powder using a blender or food processor.
  2. Make the Granola Bowl:
        - Divide the Greek yogurt between two bowls.
        - Sprinkle the granola evenly over the yogurt.
  3. Add the FrenzyFruit® Kiwi:
        - Sprinkle the ground FrenzyFruit® kiwi powder over the granola.
  4. Garnish:
        - Add fresh fruit on top of the granola and FrenzyFruit® kiwi.
  5. Top with Coconut Flakes:
        - Toast coconut flakes in a dry frying pan until they are lightly browned and crispy. Sprinkle them over the bowl as a finishing touch.
  6. Serve Immediately:
        - Serve the Granola FrenzyFruit® Kiwi Bowl immediately for a delicious breakfast or a healthy snack.
