Recipe: Granola Yogurt Bowl with FrenzyFruit® Kiwi and Coconut Flakes

Ingredients:
1 package (20 g) FrenzyFruit® freeze-dried kiwi
240 g Greek yogurt (low-fat or full-fat)
60 g granola
Fresh fruit to taste
Toasted coconut flakes
Instructions:
Prepare the FrenzyFruit® Kiwi: - Grind the FrenzyFruit® freeze-dried kiwi into powder using a blender or food processor.
Make the Granola Bowl: - Divide the Greek yogurt between two bowls. - Sprinkle the granola evenly over the yogurt.
Add the FrenzyFruit® Kiwi: - Sprinkle the ground FrenzyFruit® kiwi powder over the granola.
Garnish: - Add fresh fruit on top of the granola and FrenzyFruit® kiwi.
Top with Coconut Flakes: - Toast coconut flakes in a dry frying pan until they are lightly browned and crispy. Sprinkle them over the bowl as a finishing touch.
