Recipe: Healthy Tiramisu with FrenzyFruit® Kiwi and Chocolate Topping

Ingredients:
1 pack (20 g) FrenzyFruit® freeze-dried kiwi
250 g low-fat quark
200 g Greek yogurt
100 g soft cream cheese (light)
2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 brown coffee cake (about 300 g), sliced
200 ml strong coffee, cooled
50 g dark chocolate, grated
Cocoa powder for garnish
Instructions:
Prepare the FrenzyFruit® Kiwi: - Blend the FrenzyFruit® freeze-dried kiwi into a powder using a blender or food processor.
Make the Cream Layer: - Mix the low-fat quark, Greek yogurt, soft cream cheese, honey, and vanilla extract in a bowl until smooth.
Make the Coffee Cake Layer: - Slice the brown coffee cake into thin slices. - Briefly dip the slices in the cooled coffee and place them at the bottom of a glass dish or individual dessert glasses.
Layer the Tiramisu: - Spread half of the quark-yogurt mixture over the coffee cake slices. - Evenly sprinkle the ground FrenzyFruit® kiwi powder over the mixture. - Add another layer of dipped coffee cake slices. - Cover with the remaining half of the quark-yogurt mixture.
Garnish: - Sprinkle the top with grated dark chocolate. - Sift a thin layer of cocoa powder over the chocolate.
Chill: - Let the tiramisu set in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight.
Serve: - Serve the tiramisu chilled and enjoy a delicious and healthy dessert
