Ingredients:
For the Lemon Quark:
- 500 grams of quark
- 2 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon of lemon zest (from an organic lemon)
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
For the Topping:
- 50 grams of FrenzyFruit® freeze-dried raspberries
- Fresh mint leaves (optional)
- 1 tablespoon of grated dark chocolate (optional)
Instructions:
- Prepare the Lemon Quark:
- In a large bowl, mix the quark, honey or maple syrup, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Stir well until
everything is evenly combined. - Assemble:
- Divide the lemon quark into 4 bowls or glasses.

- If desired, add a few fresh mint leaves and grated dark chocolate for extra flavor and
