FrenzyFruit® Raspberries with Lemon Quark

Ingredients:

For the Lemon Quark:

  • 500 grams of quark
  • 2 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon zest (from an organic lemon)
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice (freshly squeezed)

For the Topping:

  • 50 grams of FrenzyFruit® freeze-dried raspberries
  • Fresh mint leaves (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon of grated dark chocolate (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Lemon Quark:
        - In a large bowl, mix the quark, honey or maple syrup, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Stir well until
    everything is evenly combined.
  2. Assemble:
        - Divide the lemon quark into 4 bowls or glasses.
        - Sprinkle the FrenzyFruit® freeze-dried raspberries evenly over the quark.
  3. Optional Topping:
        - If desired, add a few fresh mint leaves and grated dark chocolate for extra flavor and
    presentation.
  4. Serve:
