Recipe: Overnight Chia Pudding with FrenzyFruit® Blackberry Powder and Quark

Ingredients:
  • 1 package (20 g) FrenzyFruit® freeze-dried blackberries (ground into powder)
  • 35 g chia seeds
  • 240 ml milk (plant-based or regular)
  • 15 ml honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 240 g quark (low-fat or full-fat)
  • Fresh fruit and mint leaves for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Make Blackberry Powder:
        - Grind the FrenzyFruit® freeze-dried blackberries into a powder using a blender or food processor.
  2. Make the Chia Pudding:
        - In a bowl, mix the chia seeds with milk, blackberry powder, and honey (or maple syrup). Stir well.
        - Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes and stir again to prevent clumping.
  3. Let it Rest Overnight:
        - Divide half of the chia pudding into two glasses or bowls.
        - Top each portion with a layer of quark.
        - Repeat with the remaining chia pudding and quark.
  4. Refrigerate:
        - Cover the glasses or bowls and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, to set.
  5. Serve:
        - Remove the chia pudding from the refrigerator and garnish with fresh fruit, mint leaves, and crunchy FrenzyFruit® blackberry powder.
