Recipe: Healthy Peanut Butter Toast with FrenzyFruit® Banana

Ingredients:
  • Whole grain toast or other bread of your choice
  • Healthy peanut butter or healthy chocolate spread (without added sugars)
  • 1 package (20g) FrenzyFruit® freeze-dried banana
  • Honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Toast:
        - Toast the whole grain bread or your preferred bread. Rice cakes are also delicious in combination with FrenzyFruit®.
  2. Spread with Healthy Peanut Butter or Chocolate Spread:
        - Spread a generous layer of healthy peanut butter or chocolate spread on the toasted bread.
  3. Sprinkle with FrenzyFruit® Banana:
        - Sprinkle FrenzyFruit® banana over the peanut butter layer. This adds natural sweetness, banana flavor, and a delightful crunch.
  4. [Optional] Add Extra Sweetness:
        - Drizzle some honey or maple syrup over the FrenzyFruit® banana for extra sweetness, to taste.
  5. Serve Immediately:
        - Serve the Healthy Peanut Butter Toast with FrenzyFruit® Banana immediately as a breakfast or a nutritious snack.
