Recipe: FrenzyFruit® Banana and Medjool Date Energy Balls

Ingredients:
1 package (20g) FrenzyFruit® freeze-dried banana
150 grams Medjool dates, pitted
75 grams almonds, unsalted
15 ml coconut oil
Shredded coconut (optional, for rolling)
Instructions:
Prepare the FrenzyFruit® Banana: - Grind the FrenzyFruit® freeze-dried banana into a powder using a blender or food processor
Mix the Ingredients: - Add the ground FrenzyFruit® banana powder, Medjool dates, almonds, and coconut oil to the blender. Mix until a sticky dough forms.
Form the Balls: - Roll the dough into small bite-sized balls.
[Optional] Roll in Shredded Coconut: - If desired, roll the energy balls in shredded coconut for an extra layer of flavor and texture.
Chill and Serve: - Chill the energy balls in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
