Recipe: FrenzyFruit® Banana and Medjool Date Energy Balls

Ingredients:
  • 1 package (20g) FrenzyFruit® freeze-dried banana
  • 150 grams Medjool dates, pitted
  • 75 grams almonds, unsalted
  • 15 ml coconut oil
  • Shredded coconut (optional, for rolling)
Instructions:
  1. Prepare the FrenzyFruit® Banana:
        - Grind the FrenzyFruit® freeze-dried banana into a powder using a blender or food processor
  2. Mix the Ingredients:
        - Add the ground FrenzyFruit® banana powder, Medjool dates, almonds, and coconut oil to the blender. Mix until a sticky dough forms.
  3. Form the Balls:
        - Roll the dough into small bite-sized balls.
  4. [Optional] Roll in Shredded Coconut:
        - If desired, roll the energy balls in shredded coconut for an extra layer of flavor and texture.
  5. Chill and Serve:
        - Chill the energy balls in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
