Recipe for Babies 4-6 Months Old: Porridge with FrenzyFruit® Apple Powder

Ingredients:
  • 1 tablespoon FrenzyFruit® apple powder
  • 2 tablespoons rice flour
  • 1 cup water
  • Breast milk (to add after the mixture has cooled)
Instructies:
  1. Bring the water to a boil.
  2. Stir in the rice flour and keep stirring until the mixture thickens.
  3. Remove the pan from the heat and let the mixture cool to a lukewarm temperature.
  4. Add the FrenzyFruit® apple powder and stir well.
  5. Add the breast milk to reach the desired consistency.

Healthy Oatmeal with FrenzyFruit® Apple Powder for Adults

Ingredients:

  • 40 grams oatmeal
  • 240 ml water or milk (cow's milk, almond milk, oat milk, etc.)
  • 10 grams FrenzyFruit® apple powder
  • 1 teaspoon (about 2 grams) cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon (about 20 grams) honey or maple syrup (optional, for extra sweetness)
  • 30 grams chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, pecans, etc.)
  • 30 grams dried fruit (raisins, cranberries, etc.)
  • Fresh apple pieces (optional, for extra texture and flavor)

Instructions:

  1. Bring the water or milk to a boil in a pan.
