- 1 pouch (15 g) FrenzyFruit® freeze-dried apple
- 250 g flour
- 500 ml milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- Butter or oil for frying
- 2 fresh apples, diced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup
- Cinnamon powder to taste for topping
Instructions:
- Prepare the FrenzyFruit® Apple:
- Blend the FrenzyFruit® freeze-dried apple into a fine powder using a blender or food processor. - Make the Pancake Batter:
- In a large bowl, mix the flour, milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, a pinch of salt, cinnamon powder, and FrenzyFruit® apple powder until smooth. - Cook the Pancakes:
- Heat a little butter or oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Pour a small amount of batter into the pan and swirl to spread the batter evenly.
- Cook the pancake until the top is dry and the bottom is golden brown, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown. Repeat with the remaining batter. - Prepare the Apple Topping:
- Mix the diced apples with lemon juice, honey or agave syrup, and a pinch of cinnamon powder. Set aside. - Serve:
- Place the pancakes on a plate and fold them into quarters.
- Spoon the apple mixture over the pancakes.
- Sprinkle with extra cinnamon powder to taste. - Enjoy:
