Zelfgemaakte Chocoladereep met Amandelen, FrenzyFruit® Aardbeien, Walnoten, Pistachenoten en Hazelnoten

Homemade Chocolate Bar with Almonds, FrenzyFruit® Strawberries, Walnuts, Pistachios, and Hazelnuts

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams of chocolate of your choice (dark, milk, or white)
  • 30 grams almonds, roughly chopped
  • 30 grams walnuts, roughly chopped
  • 30 grams pistachios, roughly chopped
  • 30 grams hazelnuts, roughly chopped
  • 1 package (15g) FrenzyFruit® freeze-dried strawberries

Tip💡: Experiment with different FrenzyFruit® flavors such as blackberries, raspberries, or a combination of all to create a berry-licious chocolate bar. Instructions:

  1. Melt the chocolate using a double boiler method: Place a heatproof bowl over a pan of gently simmering water, ensuring the bowl doesn't touch the water. Stir the chocolate regularly until completely melted and smooth.
  2. Roughly chop the almonds, walnuts, pistachios, hazelnuts, and FrenzyFruit® freeze-dried strawberries.
  3. Remove the bowl of melted chocolate from the heat and stir in the chopped nuts and FrenzyFruit® freeze-dried strawberries until well combined.
  4. Pour the chocolate mixture into a chocolate mold and spread it evenly with a spatula.
    Tip💡 : Lightly spray the chocolate mold with a neutral oil to help release the bar more easily.
  5. Allow the chocolate bar to cool and set at room temperature, or place it in the refrigerator for faster setting (approximately 30 minutes).
  6. Remove the hardened chocolate bar from the mold and wrap it in parchment paper if you can resist the temptation to eat it immediately.
